Matt Christensen was the Executive Director for Eurosif from 2002 to March 2011.  During his tenure, Eurosif has grown into the premier European think tank and industry association for sustainable investment with more than 85 Member Affiliates that together represent assets totaling over €1 trillion.

Prior to working with Eurosif, Matt was a European Director at The Motley Fool, a venture capital-backed, leading publisher of information on personal finance and investing. He started his career as a strategy consultant with Braxton Associates/Deloitte Consulting based in New York, London and Paris, and his clients included Vodafone, American Express, Chanel and Carrefour among others.

He is a Non-Executive Director to three investment funds and holds masters degrees from Wharton (MBA – Entrepreneurial Management) and the University of Pennsylvania (MA – International Political Economy).

As of May 2011, Matt serves as Head of Responsible Investment at AXA Investment Managers and is based in Paris.
