Sophie worked with Eurosif's as Head of Research until May 2011, when she left the team to join a new advisory company (www.route2sustainability.com) whose aim is to help companies integrate sustainability into day-to-day business management. Before joining Eurosif, Sophie was Senior Research Analyst with Trucost Plc in London for four years, where she was responsible for corporate client services. She gained in-depth experience in researching companies' environmental impacts and resulting liabilities. She also participated in the research and publication of numerous reports to corporate and investor clients across the EU.

Sophie graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Strasbourg in 2003. She has Master's degrees in Environmental Law (Université d'Artois, 2004) and Environmental Policy, Planning & Regulation (London School of Economics, 2005). Her dissertation topics included EU climate change policies as well as environmental justice and governance.
