Third Eurosif/Le Monde article to be published on July 4th
The third article in the Eurosif/Le Monde partnership series will be published in the July 4th edition of the Le Monde newspaper (in news stands on July 3rd). This article will discuss CSR and SRI issues within the banking sector. It will be made available to Eurosif member affiliates in the “member affiliates only” section of our website (if you have misplaced your login and password please contact Sarah Clawson) The next article on safety in the workplace will be published in September 2006.

Public Speaking events

Eurosif discusses Resource Efficiency in Brussels
Matt Christensen was one of the experts asked to speak at an invitation-only roundtable held by the EPE (European Partnership for the Environment) in Brussels on June 27th, 2006. The event, entitled: “SRI Community Contribution to Sustainability and Climate change: SRI in relation with the new peace agenda Sustainability and Resource Efficiency”, brought together leading thinkers from financial, environmental, trade union and religious institutions. The work from this session will directly feed into the EC sponsored event on “Financing Eco-Innovation” planned for November 21st and 22nd in Poland.
