“CSR Review meeting” CSR Multi-Stakeholder Forum, February 10, 2009 - Brussels
Eurosif is part of the Coordination Committee of the multi-stakeholder forum on CSR re-convened by the European Commission in 2007. The committee is currently preparing with the Commission a one-day “CSR review meeting” scheduled for Feb. 10th in Brussels during which the investing community (including Eurosif) will have some important speaking opportunities. The event will be attended by Commissioners of various European Commission Directorates.
Strengthening the Contribution of Finance to Sustainable Development - November 24, 2008 - Paris
Eurosif attended this major EU event where President Nicolas Sarkozy and José-Manuel Barrosso, the President of the European Commission, gave key note speeches on European top priorities.
Enabling Delivery to Meet 2020 EU Targets - November 27-28, 2008 - Paris
Eurosif led a panel on what investor strategies and policies could help the EU reach its intended targets by 2020 in this event sponsored by the EU Presidency. Other participants included multinational companies, rating agencies, public procurement representatives and standard setters.
