A Steering Committee comprised of representatives from CM-CIC Asset Management, ECPI and Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management provided their expertise and input to help shape the report.
Research highlights include:
- The main key challenges in the Aerospace & Defence sectors are: Bribery, Corruption and Transparency, Supply Chain Management, Climate Change, Controversial Weapons and Trade, Product Quality and Safety and Labour relations;
- With oil prices continuing to surge, aerospace manufacturers are turning to alternative fuel sources;
- Investors increasingly look at aerospace & defence companies that are transparent about their environmental, social and governance practices also under the pressure of international legislation that has started banning controversial weapons production and stockpiling.
