Rome Investment Forum 2016

16.12.2016 - 17.12.2016

The Rome Investment Forum 2016 brings back together representatives of the European and global business and financial communities, regulators, policy makers and civil society. It aims at discussing how investment can contribute to re-launching growth and employment in the European economy and worldwide, and what needs to be done in terms of the national and European reform agendas to make it possible.

Focus of this year’s Forum: Fixing and completing the European Economic and Monetary Union; Finance for Innovation and Infrastructure; Finance for Growth; Finance for Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and SMEs; Finance for the New Risk Scenarios and Global Resilience; Finance for Development; Finance for the Common Good: New approaches to Solidarity, Inclusion and Social Responsibility.

In the context of unprecedented uncertainty and growing divides between business, peoples and the decision makers, the Forum builds on informed, diverse and constructive dialogue to address the obstacles to the recovery of trust, vision and strategic focus required for bridging the investment gaps and financing long-term Europe.

The event will take place in Rome, at Scuderie di Palazzo Altieri, on December 16-17, 2016.
