Job description
Based in Brussels, the successful applicant will:
- evaluate the ESG (environmental, social, governance) strategies of companies in one or more sectors;
- assess (in conjunction with the financial analysts and buy-side sustainability analysts) the financial impact of ESG criteria on enterprise value over the long term;
- help develop Dexia AM's sustainability analysis methodology;
- conduct research into ESG-related topics and identify ESG trends;
- draft articles on ESG.
Skills / requirements
The ideal applicant:
- is a university graduate, preferably having majored in finance and/or with relevant experience in financial analysis;
- can skilfully research and analyse ESG issues (an experience of minimum 3 years is a must);
- is very concerned about SRI issues;
- has excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
- has the capacity to work with autonomy and is a team player;
- is able to communicate in multiple languages (Dutch, French, English).
