Job description

In charge of supplier CSR assessment campaigns you will manage the overall process from launch to successful delivery. The successful candidate will be ultimately responsible for the
quality of the evaluation and for the reliability of the delivery that will guaranty the overall client satisfaction.

Using the company information system you will be in charge of following up the supplier enrolment to the evaluation process, collecting and analysing the requested support documentation and coordinating the analyst team allocated to the campaigns. The successful candidate will make sure everything happened in line with the company guidelines and within deadlines. The ultimate goal is to guarantee the process efficiency and quality, with a strong customer centric approach.

Additionally, you will provide technical support to pre-sales activities and will be delivering training sessions to customers to speed up internal adoption process. You will contribute to the continuous improvement process of the assessment methodology and information system. You will occasionally
be involved in pre-sale activities in collaboration with the sales team.

Requirements / qualifications

Successful candidate will have at between 4 to 5 years experience and will preferably be educated to degree level with a qualification related to Sustainable Development or
CSR. The candidate will have a combination of interpersonal and analytical skills. She/he will be able to demonstrate project management capabilities and have a proven track record of client and people management. The candidate will have an international exposure and must be comfortable with occasional travel. A background in sustainable development performance evaluation, audit and/or certification, is definitely a plus. The candidate will have the adaptability and flexibility needed to perform in a startup environment. Fluency in English and good command of French is required.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in France.
