Job description
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Financial and Management professional to develop the business, financial and operational sides of one of the most vibrant and fast growing initiatives in the area of Responsible Business. You would be a member of the senior management team of the PRI Secretariat and will be managing Finance, HR, IT, Risk Management and Governance. You would also have a key role in contributing directly to the initiative’s long-term business strategy and helping manage its ambitious plans for growth. You will also be leading the smooth running of the PRI’s global offices – its infrastructure, systems, HR and administration. Strategic, executive team management role Leading the operational and financial foundation of the organisation Based in London
Requirements / qualifications
The successful candidate will have had 10-15+ years proven experience in financial control and management roles in a small enterprise, and experience of managing the wider workings of a business, including IT, HR, office administration. A philosophical commitment to responsible investment and the goals of the United Nations is essential.

The Principles for Responsible Investment is an investor initiative in partnership with UNEP Finance Initiative and the UN Global Compact. Launched by UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, the PRI is a set of voluntary best practice principles which assist investors to integrate social and corporate governance (ESG) issues into investment processes and ownership practices. The PRI now has over 700 signatories representing US$20 trillion in assets, including many of the world’s leading pension funds, investment managers and service providers.
