Job description
As a RepRisk® Analyst you will analyze and enter news from NGOs, the internet, print and other media into the RepRisk® tool (www.reprisk.com). RepRisk® facilitates the identification and assessment of the environmental and social issues which may present financial, reputational and ethical risks. It is used by investment professionals, financial institutions, supply chain managers, multinational corporations and compliance managers. The tool plays an integral role in increasing transparency and ensuring compliance with internal and international standards, thereby helping reduce risk exposure. Your responsibilities as a RepRisk® Analyst include:
- Creating abstracts of news related to social and environmental issues.
- Identifying and assessing the corresponding issues.
- Entering newly criticized companies, projects, etc. into the RepRisk® database.
- Linking the news to existing database entities.
Requirements / qualifications
- You are a native English speaker and fluent in German and French.
- Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage (particularly interesting are Russian, Portuguese, Spanish).
- You have editorial skills.
- You are very reliable and meet the high quality standards of a premium product.
- You have a strong interest in environmental and social questions.
- A scientific background is an advantage, ideally in the environmental or social field.
