Eurosif is seeking to recruit a part-time office manager to provide administrative support to the organisation. The successful candidate will support Executive Director in managing the organisation’s finance, preparing and managing the organisation’s budget, HR and provide administrative support. She or he will also act as a personal assistant to the Executive Director helping her to organise meetings and efficiently manager her diary.
The position is based in Brussels however with a possibility to work some days remotely. This is a half-time position with a preference for the successful candidate to work four or five days a week (half days) to ensure smooth operation of the organisation. The position does not entail travel.
